My daughter Bella attends Kindercare daycare in greenhithe. We have been absolutely blown away with how amazing her time has been and how great her teachers are with her. We are so proud of Bella and how much she has learnt at Kindercare already. Thank you to the teachers for being so amazing and making everyday such a great experience for Bella.
Kindercare Greenhithe is too good to be true! My son started at 18 months and it is now 5 months already. I visited more than six other day care centres in nearby suburbs before I made a visit to this centre. In the very first centre tour only, I got clear that 'This is it.' First of all, all the teachers are so pleasant and welcoming to everyone who arrives. They are never in a hurry to talk to and answers all your concerns in a genuine way. They give lots of cuddles which babies need at this age. The babies' room has nice outdoor area and indoor/outdoor resources. The Kindercare Advantage is quite distinct in a way that they give lot of importance to sensory play, painting, singing, dancing and many other things that kids love. Another big relief was vegetarian Kai as we are vegetarian. The toddler and preschooler rooms are also filled with great resources and teachers which I notice when I go to drop off and pick up. The toddler room is surprisingly calm, peaceful and organized and all the little hands are busy in their respective activities nicely. The centre director is very approachable and understands your needs. I highly recommend paying a visit to this cute centre for your childcare option as it is easily accessible from Hobsonville, West Harbour and Whenuapai.
Cottage is an excellent choice we made for our child. When we first enrolled, our child had just arrived in Auckland and could not speak English. It was the love and professionalism of the teachers that provided our child with a sense of security, courage, and joy in a short period of time. For this, our entire family is deeply grateful and relieved. Now, our child has graduated and entered primary school, where her fluent English and cultural confidence have laid a solid foundation for her new school life. Just as Cottage upholds its philosophy of childcare, they have used their expertise and love for children to turn the kindergarten into a second home for our child.
Our 3 year old daughter has attended Kindercare/The Cottage since she was 10 months old and we couldn’t be happier. She has been in the baby, toddler and now preschool room and has loved each space. Thanks to the amazing teachers we’ve seen her confidence grow and we love seeing all the skills & learnings she brings home each day. It has been so reassuring to see how much our daughter loves going each day and the relationships she has built with the different teachers
My daughter has been coming here for 5 months now - she is 2 years old. She absolutely loves it and it has been awesome to watch her confidence build since she started as well as listening to her sing the songs she's learned when she comes home. The staff are all fantastic, you can tell they are passionate about what they do and in caring for each child's individual needs. It always amazes me how calm and quiet the toddler room usually is and I feel this is a reflection of the great staff. They also helped hugely with my daughter's sleep and provided her cuddles and comfort with encouragement. Now she can go to sleep by herself :) Thank you!
I have 3 children that have/are attending this centre. It's like an extended family and they treat all children with so much love and care. It was so important for us to find a place where we felt our children would be cared for with love and where they could thrive and be happy. A centre that wasn't too large where our children would get lost or be another 'number' but instead get to learn who they were and help support their learning and development. If we can't be there, we wanted someone we could trust and be the next best thing for our children. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure that each child is seen as an individual and catered for in that way. Nothing is too much trouble and they work with you as a parent to ensure that your child has the best experience.
We absolutely love the cottage. My 3yr old is currently there and has made the most amazing friendships and connections with the teachers. I can't wait to have my baby boy join the cottage Whanau shortly. We are so lucky to have this beautiful childcare within our Greenhithe community.
Our baby girl started at the cottage when she was 6months old.. And we have never had tears when dropping her off. All The teachers and staff made it such an easy transition for us and they are all Soooooo incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We love the Cottage and are happy to know that our little angels are all well taken care of, loved and adored as much as we do.
My little guy has been at the Cottage since 10 months old. I was nervous about putting him in care when I went back to work but I'm so happy we decided on the Cottage. At almost 3 he's thriving under the care of the amazing teachers and staff. He's made lots of friends and is excited to see everyone each morning. The teachers give you amazing updates through Educa so you can see the huge variety of activities the children have been doing (ones I'd never think of myself). So happy we have 2 more years with our Cottage family.
My daughter went to the Cottage since she is about 6 month old. Both of us need to work and sending my baby to daycare is a have to choice but the center made this a great choice. The teachers are so patient and care so much about my baby girl. I feel like they are the best person to take care of my baby. I just feel so confident and safe to send her to the daycare everyday.
