“This is my favorite kebab shop in Auckland and finally had the chance to dine in instead of taking away. The back of the shop had plenty of space, allowing me to enjoy my meal while it was still warm. Their food, already great, tasted even better fresh. The staff was kind, and overall, this place stands out from other kebab restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“Tasty Kebab on Stoddard Road Mt Roskill was very good! It was not your traditional doner kebab but the way the mixed kebab was created with the addition of mint chilli sauce was great - nice flavours especially the pleasant chilli taste! Reasonably priced and filling.”

“Went there for the side groceries several times Levant middle eastern groceries. Pickles, Tahini, canned halal foods & frozen Molokhia & Bamia ( Okra) as well as fresh Lebanese kmaj bread & yoghurt. “One of the best restaurants in Auckland for Mediterranean cuisine. Made fresh, the meat dishes actually taste fresh. Don’t expect some fancy interior or fine dine but defenitely some of the best tasting meal you can have. It’s best to go as a group as the serving portions are very generous. Also the best naan (bread) is done here. Been there twice (lunch and dinner) and will surely revisit again”

“The food is great and the service is so quick and friendly. Love the lamb here. Lunch specials are a great value for money. It’s highly consistent and the portion size is decent. It can get very busy during peak lunch hours so best to make a booking especially for a larger group. Highly recommended !”

“I visited the restaurant midweek for dinner with my friend. An Arab friend had recommended it. The atmosphere and decor are lovely. The staff are very friendly. We had chicken mandi and lamb tikka, which were truly delicious. The tea was also wonderfully made. If you enjoy Middle Eastern food, I highly recommend it.”

“Okay just get two dishes. Samsun jjajjangmyun (seafood version of the black bean noodle) and chapsal tangsooyook (fried pork with sweet and sour source but the chapsal (sticky rice) version . We got the smaller size this day. These are our go to. We have tried some of the other dishes but these two are worth it!”

The view out over the Waitākere Ranges was beautiful, despite the overcast evening. It was unfortunate that we were unable to have our preferred and reserved outdoor seating, due to the verandah being inaccessible for wheelchairs.”
