    Ewwww what a terrible place. Owners or keepers were very Rude. This place is dirty & I can not believe the smell. We will never be coming back to this place. Get rid of the dirty family running this place. Worse motel I've ever stayed at.v Big fat 0000000 not worth a 1* Don't bother coming here everyone

    the owners are friendly and helpful. there was a nice homey type of feel to this park. the permanent residents are very nice and welcoming. i found the kitchen, bathroom, showers etc are very clean and tidy at all times. it’s a very positive environment and i’m enjoying my stay. lastly i love the sea view when i wake up every morning. i would 100% recommend this holiday park!

    This Camp ground actually exceeded my expectations. They had everything we needed and more, Toilets, showers and kitchen were clean and tidy, the pool was just spot on for a hot summers day and our tent spot was pretty damn good for $18 a night I mean how can you go wrong really. The owners were great aswell very friendly and helpful. All round good vibes at this camp ground. Myself and our group of friends enjoyed our stay. Reccommend!!!

    The location and price are pretty hard to beat. A $15 taxi ride to the strand where the night life is fun, and good fishing in the holiday park make it a good place to stay. You'll be able to take a shower (its usually hot) and access to a kitchen but the facilities are sub par. You can pay for wifi but dont bother, its expensive and very slow. Overall though if you are on a budget, its a pretty good place to stay - The weekly rates are very reasonable.

    Worst holiday park I've ever stayed in. Bathrooms are gross, they didn't replace the soap in the 5 days I was there. Owners are rude and unhelpful. We paid $38 a night for an unpowered site, and for this price I expected a lot more. People next to us were playing their music really loud late at night, but you can't even escape it because they lock the gate at 10pm meaning you can't drive in or out after this time; felt like a prison! Just want to warn people off staying here as Tauranga is a beautiful place and I'm sure you can stay somewhere else a lot nicer for this price.

    Absolutely disgustingly dirty toilet & shower block!!!Very run down!!! window in cabin had only one latch & big gaps around doors. Embarrassed tourists have to stay here. We asked if managers would return our money as we felt the standard of cleanliness was unacceptable, they refused. We left. Would never go back & would advise anyone never to stay here.
