   Saw Avatar Fire and Ash in 3D yesterday, great movie with really nice visuals. Also forgot to take my phone with me when I left the cinema room, but luckily someone gave it to the cinema staff and it was kept safe until the following day. Not sure how to pass on my thanks to the guy who handed my phone in so if he ever comes across this review, thanks a lot for giving my phone to the staff, you're awesome.

   Been a fave4 my kids especially my autistic son last 9 years. Lux is also great spacious and great service would highly recommend better views but generally speaking recliner seating is a game changer in all cinemas. Love their fast service convenient next to timezone & restaurants staff are amazing and understanding.

   I visited Botany Cinema for the first time and the customer service was quite disappointing. After purchasing tickets and popcorn electronically, we waited for our number to appear on the screen for collection. Even after 15 minutes, nothing showed up. When I approached the counter, the young staff member (in the picture) simply stared at me without greeting or asking if I needed assistance as if she didn't want to assist me. Only after I approached, showed my ticket did she start preparing the order and the movie had already begun. The service felt rushed and unfriendly—she banged the cup down as if frustrated and did not say a single word throughout the interaction. This kind of mannerism and lack of basic courtesy leaves a poor impression, especially for first-time visitors and foreigners. A simple smile, greeting, or polite acknowledgment goes a long way in making customers feel welcome.

   I had high expectations for Hoyts Lux, especially since it was my first visit and my boyfriend had shared great things about his past experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown for both of us. While the reclining seats had potential, the experience was ruined when I accidentally touched something slimy on the side of my seat — definitely unhygienic and unpleasant. We pressed the service button twice, but no one ever came. My boyfriend had to leave the movie to get snacks, only to find out that food service was no longer available. Overall, it was a disappointing night, and we won’t be returning. I’m giving 2 stars solely because the staff we did interact with were friendly.

   Visted to watch Mastanney 5:20pm show in Cinema 7 today, very dissappointing as the movie was already playing through midway and one of the persons had to go and ask the staff to play from the beginning. While watching movie, the video stopped thrice and people watching had to approach the staff to sort the issues. Do not recommend.

   Hoyts Botany has recliner seats in all cinemas, so there is no need to pay extra for comfort. Plenty of parking on the roof area outside with 4 hours time limit. Order your food and tickets at the kiosk, collect your food order at the separate counter, which is so much better than the Sylvia Park set up

   Great seats, great sound, nice staff. However, Cinema 3 was excessively cold, like, colder than outside on a winters night. And, there is a large mark on centre of the screen which is distracting. Hard to spend 3.5 hours in there and follow a complex storyline with these distractions. Also, toilet in the main area was a disgrace. I know it must be difficult times in this industry but you are not doing yourselves any favours with lack of maintenance and quality control. Please improve and I will keep spending my money with you...

   A beautiful location the cinema was excellent and enjoyed the Time Out arcade with my niece and nephew then on top of an awesome experience was a free game of chess on a large chess board. Definitely, a great all-around place to enjoy as there are so many amenities for the whole family to enjoy. So go early and spend a day and evening browsing.

   Okish experience. Very less space between the recliner rows. Everyone in the row has to pull the recliner backward if you want to go out in between the movie.. Dnt know how this was not considered during designing.
