   Yesterday 16/12/2025 I watched a movie in cinema 4. Movie was about to start in less thn 10minutes and people had started seating but the cinema was dirty. I had booked recliner seats on 10F however when finally seated and the movie started I realized that the recliner seats was not even working. By this point I just couldn’t be bothered telling staff again to check the seat. I sat through a 3 hour movie annoyed

   Best service we received from any Hoyts EVER was from team member Crystal tonight. Fabulous energy, great communication, kind mannerism. She delivered customer service excellence. Havent experienced this from a young frontline worker in a long time. Thanks Crystal - well done :)

   Most comfy seating, and the place is spacious and clean. Service is also good. We bought one of the prepacked popcorn that turned out to be soggy so the attendee replaced it with a fresh one which was nice. Only downside is the outside of cinema and toilets are quite dark, ok for adults but a bit too dark for kids.

   Clean and well maintained. Since its a newer cinema the chairs have a function where you can fully extend your legs, perfect for people having trouble sitting in only one position. Not many people go here, so it's nice and quiet.

   Love this theater. Very nice and new and clean. They have a great snack and drinks always set up but then have to line up to pay. Also has a bar and food service. Great location too, upstairs from the food court.

   Great experience at this cinema. Comfort! Loads leg room and the way it's structured no possibility of someone's head blocking your view. Very clean. Suggest get there early as only two tills available to process purchases, so lines can be long.
