   Great food greater customer service and care. Fish cooked to perfection, chips are so good crispy on the outside and soft inside. Fried rice and sweet sour was a hit. We ate with 12 of us inside and we fit. Very good and will definitely come back again. Thank you

   The combination meat on fried rice is usually pretty good. But the sweet and sour chicken was literally deep fried chicken on rice - minus the rice! It wasn't in a sweet and sour batter at all, and definitely not what I thought I was ordering.

   Great takeaway shop, well-price fish and chips. Picked up on our way to Wenderholm and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was. Decent portion size too! Unsure why some of the others are expecting restaurant quality food at a takeaways shop.

   Different to as priced online, pictures don’t look anything like the meals in real life. The sweet and sour pork had no pork in it and was just batter we opened a ball up and couldn’t see any pork. We rang up and asked for a refund, and he said no he didn’t even offer an exchange for anything else and then hung up on me. Waste of $50.

   Ordered Hoki & Snapper - both super thin, chewy and you can't tell the difference between the Hoki & Snapper as they were absolutely thin.

   Do not order from here. We ordered kumara chips and chicken burger. Said five minutes on the phone. It took twenty five. When we got back home half the chips WEREN'T COOKED! When we split them they actually made a cracking noise. Then the "chicken" burger turned out to be a fish burger. Called to get s refund but was offered half on the kumara chips but nothing on the burger. Owner actually argued and said it wasn't fish and it was our style. Then he hung up on a twelve year old (he had placed the order for the first time) Three people in our house agreed the burger was fish. And the lettuce in the burger was soggy and off. Disgusting. Hopefully the health department visit this place again soon.....

   Sometimes you just find that "genuine" food-place - like Grand takeaways. It might not look like much, and the English need some polishing - but this was THE best sweet-and-saur chicken with rice and fried rice with chicken we had ever eaten - and one of us have worked in China. Go here for really nice Chinese food... parhaps to bring home to enjoy (even though the chicken might loose some crispyness then).
