Was fast at reply, and fast to come up and do the fix. Our Toilet had 2 problems, he only fixed 1. Actually just replacing the internal Fill Valve, as the old one was making the tank overfill and therefore we had a constant water flowing inside the toilet bow. Was happy with the service until I got an invoice for almost 200 dollars! Even charging 30 dollars for Vehicle and Mileage on top of a expensive labour rate. Specially as we are also in Lower Hutt, that really doesn't feel right. Will not call him again, and would not recommend it to friends. But if you might need something done fast, he could be a solution.
