“My experience has been one of total pleasure dealing with what felt like all the staff in the store with their professional care and consideration in our interactions - ensuring I understood all they were advising, discussing. So easy to relax, and trust... Would I recommend? most wholeheartedly yes I do and would. In addition I really must say how pleased and delighted I am to discover they are partnered with the highly respected organisation, the Fred Hollows Foundation NZ, who work to deliver eye health care to end avoidable blindness in the Pacific in particular. I didnt think to mention the partnership the two share and support in the survey so I hope its okay here. “I must thank Dr Parm for an excellent experience at his surgery. I had a problem with a canine that eventually needed to be extracted and an implant put in. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists. However with Dr Parm, I hardly felt the needle when the anaesthetic needed to be injected. He explained everything in a very gentle tone to put me at ease throughout the process. I find this so reassuring and he knew exactly when to allow me to relax my mouth during the entire process. The after care is also so commendable as he checks on the implant and how well it is working. I am so grateful to have finally found a dentist to be not nervous about. Thank you Dr Parm!”
