    I saw Dave for a nerve injury and he was excellent. He provided effective rehab exercises that helped me get back to sprinting. He also identified my weaknesses and gave me a strength program to improve performance long-term. Highly recommend his services. He is also a genuine guy and I enjoyed my time with him.

    I've been working with Dave as my strength and conditioning coach for a long time now. I am a passionate runner and his knowledge and passion for what he does has kept me coming back to train with him for many years as well as the progress I have made training with him. I've also worked with a few of the physiotherapists Brogan and Alec through various injuries, they are both super knowledgeable and helpful and really care for the clients they work with, and its been really helpful to have physios who can communicate and work with my strength and conditioning coach so closely to get me back to running as soon as possible. The whole team at Method though are incredible. They really are the best in the business!!

    I did my whole rehab and return to play at Method after tearing my pec major and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the team. The staff followed me from before surgery until I could bench again a few months later, beating my 1RM. I went in for a consultation days after my injury and we established a goal to stay fit while I was in a sling so I’d be ready to hit the ground running after my surgery: I got a gym program with the necessary modifications. I felt well looked after throughout, the team was professional, friendly and the sessions were fun! It was hard work but it made me enjoy the process. After every meeting with the surgeon I was able to dissect the meaning of it with the staff at Method that put it all in layman’s terms for me, this was crucial to keep up my motivation and get an understanding of where I was at. The program advanced and changed as I progressed throughout the 6months and it integrated physio work and specific strength training in the gym. It was so good to workout knowing both physio and trainers had an eye on me, their holistic approach showed in how the program pushed me but felt safe and functional. There was no loss in translation between physio and trainers as they work in the same building so they were totally aligned. To add to that they have a bunch of technology available to be able to test your progress so you know there is a scientific approach and backing with real numbers. I had such a good experience during my rehab that I stayed training there for a few months after. I feel like I came out better than when I went in, with a solid understanding of how my body works, a new pec and a bonus of thic quads. Thanks team for making what started as a nightmare into a learning experience and all the fun along the way!

    For the past three weeks, I've been seeing Brogan for treatment. I've been a hairdresser for 22 years and have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I've been looking for someone who understands what I think is wrong with me. Brogan is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I've never felt better and would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from any type of pain. Thank you, brogan!! despite the fact that I swear a lot, I really appreciate it.
