My dryer broke down on Sunday morning, called the office on Monday they had the parts I needed in stock. All back up and running Monday afternoon, great service thanks team.
My customer experience is that I was ignored. I rang at 4:10pm on a weekday but found out that the phone isn't answered after 4pm, so I left a detailed message with contact details. There was no response to the phone message, so I sent details through the enquiry screen on the Euro Servicing website. Three days after the initial enquiry I still hadn't been contacted, so I went to another provider.
Euro Servicing & Installation did a fantastic job installing our new refrigerator and washing machine today. They tested the washing machine before leaving, and they removed all of the tape and wrapping of the compartments and shelving within our refrigerator (and there was a lot!). Super impressed with the completeness of the installation process, and leaving everything very tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend!
Our dishwasher needed attention 7 days before Christmas Chris mentioned we needed a part and I thought it would be the new year. But 2 days before Christmas the part turned up and Chris installed it and also replaced a missing wheel on the rack and fixed the side of the dishwasher. Fantastic service well done
Brought my 20+ year old Dualit toaster in for a fix to the timer mechanism which stopped working. The team at Euro Servicing provided great service. They responded quickly to emails/calls and also worked to locate a part in NZ so that I wouldn't have to be without my morning toast waiting for a part to arrive from overseas. I also found their prices to be very reasonable. Thanks to them I can happily making toast again and with a bit of luck my Dualit workhorse will be making toast for another 20 years!
Chris and his team are amazing to deal with. Professional and punctual and can not speak highly enough of them. Would recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs or servicing.
I became frustrated as I was not given a quote. On my second call the lady said she would ring back that day with a quote. Didn't hear back. Over 4 weeks I rang 5 times to see how things were progressing and for the quote. Still no quote. The company ordered the wrong part, so we had to wait another week then dishwasher was taken to their workplace. I asked if it was worth repairing. The guy working on it said Yes of course it is. After many weeks got the dishwasher back. The service person didn't test it when he connected up (I was told later this should have been done so the customer knew it was working). So that evening we loaded the dishwasher up - didn't work. We were going on holiday for awhile rang Euro Servicing that evening left a message, to be fair the lady rang the next day and was surprised the serviceman didn't see if it was operating and told me to let them know when I was back from holidays. When the serviceman came back up he didn't bring any tools in with him and looked at the dishwasher and said You need to buy a new one. Funny as it was the reading the same fault the first day he came up. And to this day I never received a quote.
Chris was absolutely brilliant and he saved the day when the normal delivery service stuffed up. He rang, kept in touch, delivered easily and promptly and everything was tickety-boo. A really good service and I highly recommend him.
This five star rating is for the advice received from Heather? Who works there. (I think that's her name) anyways, I called to report a fault and before she booked me in she suggested I check it's not still under warranty and would you believe it it was. I will recommend this honest business and will be sure to use when needed. Brilliant.
Izzy was quick, professional and did a great job. When he saw we needed a new part he offered to handle sourcing it so we wouldn't have any hassle. Communication was great, the Euro team phoned as soon as the part arrived and arranged a time for the repair.
