“Best coffee in Wellington. Baby friendly!”
“Excellent hospitality and food were amazing. Loved their fried bread soft and tenderly. Owner uncle was a really lovely person.”
“Nice breakie and coffee, friendly staff! Would recommend!”
“OMG! Best DIRTY-CHAI ever!!! Excellent service and friendly people!!! Thank you BEE!”
“I just want to say thank you to Renee, she was super helpful and considerate when I received the wrong order, I just want to give her a big thank you for helping me out as I understand how overworked you can get working in hospitality.”
“Addictively good coffee. Always has been, but now they got me totally hooked with their free alternate milks. Oh Wildbean oat milk mocha I love you. My apologies to my GP.”
“I mean, warm, tasty empanadas, sweet, endulging homemade alfajores, classic kiwi chippies, beach side, in wellington on a nice sunny day... What more could you ask for. Need to stop here and get yourself a sweet (or two!) And a savoury if you're passing by. Highly recommend. She was lovely too.”
“Love the sister cafe in Petone and this is no different. Service with a smile, great coffee, loads of keto and veg options available and most of all, brilliant indoor and outdoor seating available. There is also a couple of 15min parks right in front for a quick turnaround. Lots of free street parking available too if you plan to eat in.”
“Great selection of GF and V food along with regular food. The sausage roll removed pastry so I could savor it! Have visited a few times in the last month. They change up the food offerings and always delights. Coffee is fabulous as expected.”
“We visited as a Playcentre trip. Michaela was really easy to communicate and plan with. Our children had a great time helping put mulch around the plants and planting some new plants. Michaela was realistic about how long the children’s attention would last and we moved inside to enjoy coffees and the children played in the play area.”
“This little gem is hidden away but is well known for its Sri Lankan delights. They also serve the classic Kiwi brekkie and full meals with great coffee. Open on the weekends too which is an added bonus plus lots of parking available. Very friendly service as always and staff are happy to chat whenever we drop in.”
“Espresso Rescue not only make the most delicious coffees, but they have a brilliant selection of teas too. There's even Trade Aid GF hot chocolates on offer. The coffee's even organic and fair trade! There's a selection of flavours shots too. If you've not been before you must!!! The team are delightfully friendly and they remember your coffee!”
“Hands down the best coffee I’ve had!”
“Shout out to this company for supporting the community and those in need. We were out of donated coffee supplies at the Compassion Soup Kitchen and Anne-Lise came back to an enquiry of ours straight away and offered us a large amount of beans. Great community spirit!”
“We were on holiday in Lower Hutt and dropped in for a coffee. Terrific service and taste. The Chai Latte is unequalled. I got a coffee box cup, perfect for my work van, easy to drink from. I wish you guys were in the Waikato. Top job.”
“So cute and cosy move theatre❤️”
“Absolutely delish food! Had brunch & cake, so delicious! The eggs Bene was the best I’ve had in a long time! Dubai chocolate brownie was amazing! Service was great, friendly staff, cute spot! Quite loud inside, but would highly recommend!”
“This is such a charming little café. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We went to try their WOAP burger which was by far the best we had during the event. We'll definitely be going back.”
“Just stopped in to try coffee and check out food - so good! Great service and quick wait. Coffee amazing! Good selection of food and prices. Love the seating and old school stools.”
“My parents are moving to the area soon (from out of town). They've been to this cafe a couple of times while finding a house, doing inspections, etc. The staff remembered their faces and to my Mum in particular that meant the world. Thank-you!!”
“Best coffee in town, and tasty snacks for a good price. Always speedy service and good banter from the crew. Can't wait for them to return from Christmas break....”
“Me and my family come by every so often. The food is always good and the staff are lovely. They've got a good range of drinks and desserts as well, although for the most part we stick to the dinner menu. Highly Recommend”
“Absolutely loved our visit here! I was down from Palmy visiting my son and he took me here for lunch. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door — such friendly, genuine service. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. A special shout out to Piney who served us. She was the most beautiful, friendly and bubbly young lady. A real credit to Caffiend Cafe. The food was delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully served. You can tell there’s real care behind everything they do. A real gem. Can’t wait to come back!”
“Great first visit to Revive! Had the smoked fish kedgeree and was thoroughly impressed. They were very generous with the amount of fish, the egg was runny and perfectly poached and the rice was creamy and lightly spiced. Great balance of textures and flavours- the squeeze of lemon really pulled everything together! Staff were friendly and efficient even though we went during a very busy time. Clearly very good at what they do. Great vibe inside- very modern and clean. They had the doors open so good temperature. Definitely visit if you are considering it!”
