Wainuioma wildbean cafe. Coffee was ok, customer service really really bad, had to ask where to order, 2 people on the Coffee machine, was not busy, but would not engage with customers, had to go to the petrol cashier and ask if they sold Coffee here... very amateur, not a good experience
I just want to say thank you to Renee, she was super helpful and considerate when I received the wrong order, I just want to give her a big thank you for helping me out as I understand how overworked you can get working in hospitality.
Always nice hot drinks
I was pleasantly surprised to find this branch to be an exceedingly good Wild Bean! The service was friendly and professional and the Coffee was made relatively promptly but more importantly ... My Cappuccino was excellent! That being said ... this sterling review I posted a number of weeks back with a 4 star rating, however I was in again a couple of days ago this time just for a coffee and was utterly shocked to notice the change! The older gentleman serving me was utterly indifferent to my presence and what came off as totally uninterested in mannerism and the girl making my coffee was terribly slow given I was the only order she had to contend with and just as friendly and interested as her co-worker! Therefore my rating has changed accordingly and I likely won't be back!
