   Food is ok ..the issue is the lady they call “Aunty” who was very rude and short with me .cut me off twice when I was trying to order and wandered off after she asked me a question.As well as this her general attitude is cold and abrupt.I understand not everyone has to be cheerful but for customer service there is a bare minimum which doesn’t require much. I’ve had other staff serve me previously (younger) and they have been fine to deal with.Actually quite friendly. I will not return

   This is a fantastic facility that clearly is very popular with all the fun things offered in the complex. BUT the Larf'n'Tiger cafe while adequate food and beverage has zero clue on customer service. In fact it was downright RUDE. I've written hundreds of positive reviews in my time. But this is the very first negetive. Open rudeness is absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary.

   Food is okay and so is the service. Whats not, though, is the real annoying bird repellant alarm they have out in the outdoor area. Wanted to enjoy some of the afternoon sun and vibes but could only think about the annoying noise assaulting my ear drums that was louder than any other noise on site. Consider changing this and the atmosphere may improve.

   Slow Service food took ages to calm and none of the food taste good and the coffee and hot chocolate were average.

   Came here intentionally as the reviews were so bad. Food and service was perfectly fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Omelette was tasty. Food took a while but I’m in no rush.

   Terrible food, terrible service. Took 25 minutes for them to microwave 2 items from the cabinet. Place was empty - only explanation was 'a mix up'. No apology just awful service. If they get mixed up microwaving prepped food when it's quiet, God knows how bad it would be when busy.

   Terrible service. It took 40 minutes to get a quiche heated up with no other people in the Cafe, only for the quiche to come.out cold. The people working here need significant customer service training and maybe need to care a little more. The food was also below average.

   I have been going into Laffin Tiger for over 7 years now as I work in the area. In that time they have always had good staff working there and good service. It's nice place to get something easy to eat and have a cold beer. And they do a nice vegetain buger also they do a big vegetain big breakfast as well. They also have great outside seating area to sit down eat, over looking Hutt park.
