   Paid specifically to have a small wax spot removed from a dress ($35). Not even a full dry clean, just that one spot. I was told it could be done, but never received a call to say the dress was ready. When I went in to collect it two weeks later, the wax was still there. No one mentioned they couldn’t remove it, they just handed it back in a garment bag as if the job was done. It feels disappointing and disingenuous to be charged for a service that wasn’t completed and not even being told. A phone call or any communication would have gone a long way. Instead, I paid for nothing and was left to discover on my own that the issue hadn’t been resolved.

   I raced in on Tuesday afternoon with my red satin dress for my upcoming ball because I had got lip gloss on the dress when I was trying it on. The staff were all very confident they could get rid of the gloss and it would be done by Thursday. When I came to pick it up on Thursday it looked brand new!! No gloss to be seen anywhere on my dress, they did an amazing job and I will 100% be back. They are friendly and know why they’re doing, and will 100% recommend to my friends and family!! Thank you so much !!

   Wish I knew about Williams years ago! Left our clothes on the back porch 10am Monday: perfectly dry cleaned suits and jackets delivered to our back porch by the next afternoon.    Roy at Williams Drycleaners went out of his way twice to help me, he’s such a kind and helpful guy! I needed stains on my white leather jacket removed so I could wear it for my birthday party. Other laundry services said they couldn’t help me. Roy wasn’t sure and didn’t want me to waste my money on him trying so instead he took my jacket twice to a leather specialist and in a very tight timeframe. He was absolutely outstanding and takes customer service to another level. I will only use Williams Drycleaners from now on!

   Great service, very professional and responsive. Mould removal and cleaning of thermal lined curtains, picked up and delivered with rehanging. They were very clear about the process and any risks, and the curtains came back super quickly looking almost brand new! Very reasonable price, would definitely recommend and use again.

   Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.
