“Love training at GrapplingHQ. What the boys have created is a stellar culture of excellent technique, amazing sparring and a warm and inviting environment to ask questions and learn as a group. Classes are well structured, focusing on solid technique that is clearly and succinctly explained. It's obvious the coaches are passionate about the success of each and everyone of the team. I have trained at a few places and feel very lucky that I have found this team to be a part of. If you've trained before and are keen to check it out I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. “Ryan was an outstanding driving instructor for my son. He was supportive, encouraging, and always gave clear, gentle instructions that built confidence with every lesson. Ryan took care of organising all the lessons, was always prompt, and was flexible whenever our situation changed, offering alternatives that worked for us. He also managed the whole restricted licence process, and my son was even able to use his car for the test, which made everything much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Ryan’s DriverEd, especially for teenagers who might need a little extra support to feel comfortable and succeed on the road.”

“The movement project is fantastic! I am a hockey player and massage therapist with several old injuries. The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits. Highly recommended!”

“Martina led a private surf lesson for my daughter and I. It was an absolutely amazing experience. I am a complete beginner and the ocean can feel quite intimidating at first, but Martina made us feel calm, safe and confident from the very start. She was thoughtful and incredibly encouraging, focussing on what we were good at and building on that. She analysed our moves and always gave good advice on how to improve to be better at the next try. I would highly recommend her and South Pacific Surf.”

“Top quality swim school for children from 6 months upwards. Great teachers and very friendly staff. i recommend this place very highly as it teaches children confidence and great technique from a very early age but is never pushy and your child learns and develops skills at their own pace. I especially enjoy the holiday programs which give a real boost to a child's learning journey. Lessons are half an hour each and when a child is confident going under and floating they no longer need a parent in the pool. The staff are very accommodating if you miss a lesson or have more than one child. And Liz van Welie is full of vision and ideas to make the school better and create and friendly and quality environment. There's a play area inside too. “Great gym great staff and great coach, I entered as a beginner knowing nothing but learnt heaps thanks to the attentive staff and i stepped up to enter one of their fight nights, after that I was able to turn amateur and have more competitive matches and now I have over 20 :) I definitely recommend this gym!”
