Mile High Karate has been the best for my shy daughter (9yo) who started nearly 3 years ago..her confidence has grown so much and her new skills blow me away. Friendly welcomimg environment. Highly recommend.
Excellent karate club - Family Friendly and welcoming. Has brought so much confidence to our son. He started here very shy and now he's happy to share things infront of the class. The discipline and encouragement here is amazing. Every week they teach new valuable life lessons too. 3 years in and very happy. Highly recommend
My daughter has been going to Mile High for over a year. Love that she works with people of all ages, is growing in confidence and learning some hugely valuable life skills. Great instructors who teach so much more than karate. Highly recommend!

We decided to give Karate a go as my daughter was having trouble standing up for herself with a bully at school. Over the last few months, my overly confident and eccentric child has returned! She is not only speaking up for herself, but she is also speaking up for her classmates as well! Her focus has improved immensely, as has her fitness and willingness to get involved. The best thing about MHK Tauranga is that they recognise the need for a balance between fun and structure, especially with younger children. They show an interest in our children's achievements and lives outside of the Dojo, as well as getting to know us parents as well. Definitely recommend MHK Tauranga!
Great place and environment.
Awesome school. They really take time to know the families and all new students are made to feel welcome and helped every step of the way, not just by the instructors but by all the more experienced students. Very holistic approach that incorporates school learning and achievement and taking more responsibility at home.
I have gain new confidence and ability since joining over 2 years ago. My whole family train together and was the best thing we could have done to improve all aspects of our lives. Always walk out of training with a huge grin. Loved it!
