When I requested a room change because the room was a little uncomfortable, the hotel manager was happy to accommodate me. They replaced our room and also split the single bad and adjusted it to the twin bed. All the staff were friendly, the staff serving breakfast in the restaurant were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Also, when I slept at the hotel last night, it was so comfortable and quiet. “Been in Indonesia for 5 years, finally came back to NZ with my partner and wanted to show him the Kiwi fish n chip dinner on the beach. W were recommended this place by a friend and they did not disappoint. The customer service was lovely and friendly, the fish and chips were cooked well and wrapped well and bloody delicious with a great view to match. My partner loved the Kiwi experience and we will definitely be back, as this time I was too full but I definitely want to have an ice cream too. Highly recommend!”
