   Food was good but new employee needs to go. I asked for lettuce and carrot she put on mountain load of lettuce and then sprinkled on the tiniest amount of carrot but then after I left I saw her make her own sandwich for her break loaded with carrot. Also burnt my friends sandwich because she forgot to take it out of the toaster and was only wearing one glove. I don't care if it's her first day it should also be her last.

   Staff was rude. Had to request 3-4 times to change the gloves before handling our food. Very reluctant in doing it. The one who filled the toppings in our bread didn't even change the gloves. Very unhygienic for people who are strictly vegetarian. Overall very bad experience for me and my family.

   Tidy and well maintained, the staff were efficient and on point, got my sub (same order for 10+years) right and moved me very quickly through rush lunch hour. Maybe 3 minutes all up for peak traffic times. Sauce was neatly placed and avoided a mess.

   I went here wanting a cheese roll well all they put on there was one little cheese slice cut up into quarters I said excuse me can I have a bit more cheese they said it will cost you extra what for one extra little cheese slice I want a cheese roll not a salad roll with one little cheese slice in quarters

   Not good seeing the girls closing at 7.20 when Bayfair is supposed to be open until 9pm today. Wouldn’t get out avocado, or beetroot prep because they are closing early. Under serving vege portions. No hotwell meat options out. No name badges. No bandanas or hats. Very disappointing as an ex employee.

   Best Subway ever! I have food intolerances and these guys are awesome. They are always conscious and very careful when making my wrap, which I really appreciate. The staff are also so lovely and friendly. They have the best customer service skills! Definitely the only place I will happily eat in bayfair, thanks guys.
