   This Kfc is the WORST service we ever got. My daughter ordered a chicken & salad bowl. The chicken was pink and raw. I took it back and the staff member left the raw chicken in there and placed a new piece of chicken in there. I took it back to my daughter who opened up the other pieces of chicken. All was raw. When I said I will report it to head office she told me to do that. Only after my husband stood up they replaced it with a burger

   Food was excellent. Customer Service was great agreed to swap the drink I didn't want in a meal for another packet of chips. Restaurant was tidy.

   Everything's good and nice. The service quite excellent and fast. The taste is always good, the staff are very nice and kind too. Quality and service meets the standard and even got higher. Everytime I eat here the staff are like smiling and willing to assist us and cleans every available table for next customer. So i dont see why people hating these young children working very hard to meet their customers satisfaction and maintaining their store at its best all the time.

   My favourite resturant in bayfair, not only can you get a good lunch for $10, but it's almost never busy inside, so it's basically always where me and my friends eat our food, since the main court is always completely packed. Definitely recommend eating here if you come to bayfair!

   Pick up,not busy half my order missing asked for extra seasoning a couple times and I might had well asked for no seasoning. I'm sorry but this isn't rocket science it shouldn't be this hard to get what I paid and asked for

   Ordered lunch only to get home and chicken extremely undercooked. So undercooked that one of the pieces I pulled apart had pink blood by the bone. Have emailed through pictures to complaints department. Upset I wasted so much money for nothing.

   Horrible! Burger had a tiny little oily piece of chicken. Didn't at all look like advertised. Staff sneezed and blew her nose in the kitchen. Gravy tasted horrible, even the coke tasted horrible! Honestly never felt like I wasted money like this before! HORRIBLE!

   Oh boy... Waited 15 odd minutes to be served, ordered 2 large ultimate burger combos. When we finally received our order another 15 min later I should've checked what we got, as we received 2 wrong burgers and one large and one regular chips. (Both of which were stone cold and with no seasoning) When I complained via online system I had both of my emails completely ignored. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I'd suggest going to Nandos in Bayfair for decent chicken.
