I placed an order 9 days ago directly through the Liqui Moly website and they directed the delivery via speed, I still haven't received the fluid I need to finish my job, the car has been parked for 9 days waiting for the fluid, I've already sent 4 emails and no one has responded to me, today I sent an email to Liqui Moly to find out what's going on, I hope they respond to me. No track number, no explanation, impressive the way they work with the customer

Dealing with this company directly and indirectly with my mechanics garage is painful.My guys at the garage don't like dealing with this company at all. I don't care ether way. What i can say is some prices are more than the main dealers so watch out! I started using them because i thought they were cheaper. 9 ot of 10 times they have to order the parts you want from overseas, so i found it easier to just get it from the dealer, as they don't make you pay for the part first,then wait a long time for the part.One time i ordered a part and they stuffed the order up multiple times and would not give me a refund. Every part i have ordered has not turned up on time.I think it is just as easy to get parts from ebay or another euro supplier and actually save some money. They can get a bit rude and arrogant when you ask them about delayed parts also.i found a new place in the Auckland area, so i don't think i will be back.
I purchased a cambelt kit and drive belt for one of our customers vehicle from this company. One of the parts we fitted from this company failed, resulting in the engine being totally destroyed. I was very disappointed in the approach this business has towards supporting their customers in this situation, there was far too much focus on avoiding any liability. Initially, they told me their credit policy was not to issue credits which is in direct conflict with the consumers guarantees act! I have similar issues with parts from my many suppliers and have never encounter this approach before.
