“A big thanks to Monique and the Service Manager at Pacific Toyota Bayfair. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”

Thanks, see you next year Most of my reviews of your business have been positive, however, New review ... phone answering ... had occasion to ring sales and get a price for an item today 9 December. Appreciate that this is a busy period but having to wait in excess of 6mins for the call to be answered I gave up. Surely someone in your business could at least have answered, taken a message and arranged a call back. Conversation amongst my peers indicates this is common.”

“AMAZING NEXT LEVEL SERVICE AND SUPPORT. I work in customer service and know what great service looks like but Jeff and Craig at Farmer Auto village Papamoa have just proved themselves worthy of the next level recognition. During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. However, it was OUTSIDE of work hours that they both jumped in to help me with a scary situation that was both urgent and important to me. Tanya was also amazing at coordinating throughout. It was their day off and they both jumped in to help me. They saved the day, and I'm so grateful. I won't be going anywhere else and I recommend anyone reading this review goes to Farmer Auto Village also.”
