Like alot of people I'm busy with work,the team at mad sounds made time to supply&install a stereo in my car on Saturday morn,I'm stoked,sounds good,still have stering wheel controlls&a Lil mic so I can hands free my mob phone,will probably get them to install better speakers into wife's car now,would definitely recommend them

Excellent top-notch service. I couldn't believe how simple they made the job look. It was WAY out of my league and comfort zone. How my car was left after a stereo brought from them was uninstalled. Poor workmanship and care for their customers, in how they treat their cars and how they deal with muck ups by avoiding phone calls and not coming through on their word.

Absolutely dissatisfied. Made an appointment to get my stereo before a trip. Made the appointment for Wednesday, because I’m leaving Friday morning. On the day of the appointment, today, I find out that I was overbooked and you can’t fit me in. And that ‘you tried to call me’ but my phone was wrong. Now I have to go on a trip without a stereo thanks to you and lost an afternoon of work that cost me money for nothing. Very frustrating.
Very unprofessional. Went in to update our head unit and get the rear camera working. Took 3-4 visits. Then they somehow stuffed up the auto window on the drivers side when connecting new speakers in the doors as apparently one wasn't working. Has been 4 months now since this happened and Jack, the owner, now refuses to answer calls or fix the issue. He claims when work is done on his cars the seat isn't to be moved nor anything changed as he's extremely fussy..just not with others vehicles it seems.
