“Had my surprise 50th Birthday on the Paua-Cat Charter Boat! Picked up at Bayswater, mimosa cocktails, then to Waiheke Mudbrick Vineyard for lunch, stopped over for a swim at a small island afterwards, then back to marina with Sunset Cocktails. I am related to the Captain, but this was my first boat charter and was spectacular. First time in Hauraki Gulf, adventuring in the islands, looking back at Auckland City. Magnificent sunsets, and instagram heaven. Highly recommend!!!”

Even at this early stage, GreatDays was able to make us an offer that was quickly updated over the next few weeks according to our wishes. Extensive online documents were available, which were very helpful during the trip together with Google Maps - one click on the link and you knew where to go. There were no problems on the entire trip. All hosts were fully and well informed about us. We were already expected everywhere and welcomed with friendly words. The booked transfers (pick-ups and ferry) and everything related to the rental car also went smoothly - from the handover to us in Auckland to the return at the airport in Christchurch. “We just returned our campervan to Pacific Horizon which we rented from them for three weeks and wow, what a great company! The campervan was in amazing condition, the lovely staff give you a full run-down on how everything in the van works (and happily answer all your silly questions). When one of the tires on our van was punctured, Debs and Maryanne were extremely helpful they had us booked in for a tyre change in less than half an hour! Really makes a different renting from a small family run business, will definitely rent from Pacific again! :)”

“I have been booking my pacific holidays through Our Pacific several times . The travel agents are very efficient and provided very good service. I had wonderful holidays in Fiji, Moorea and Raratonga. I wanted to thank Rick Felderhof , managing director who helped me to get my refund from Crystal cruise line during COVID time. He kept chasing the cruise line company and helped me filing the claims. He is persistent to show his dedication to the client, that I got the full refund now. “My biking buddy, Barbara, and I enjoyed our 2015 Bike/Barge trip so much that we booked the Prague to Vienna cycle tour as our 2018 challenge. What a great experience we had visiting several UNESCO World Heritage towns along the way as well as chateau and historical sites such as the sobering remnants of the Iron Curtain. We couldn't have wished for more customer focused, friendly and helpful people as Jitka, our tour leader, and Henry, our support vehicle driver. We certainly enjoyed doing the tour with them as it was so well-paced that we handled the 82km day easily. This year, 2019, we're booked to do three cycling trips: the two trips across France from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean and the Bike/Barge in the Camargue. It's such a great way to be in a country.”
