   I have been booking my pacific holidays through Our Pacific several times . The travel agents are very efficient and provided very good service. I had wonderful holidays in Fiji, Moorea and Raratonga. I wanted to thank Rick Felderhof , managing director who helped me to get my refund from Crystal cruise line during COVID time. He kept chasing the cruise line company and helped me filing the claims. He is persistent to show his dedication to the client, that I got the full refund now. It was a long journey but he never gave up to advocate for me. I would like recommend this travel agent to anyone who wants hassle free holidays. Thanks again to Our Pacific.

   Great customer service!! As we had to cancel our cruise due to me getting pregnant and the cruise company we were travelling with having a cut off period, Our Cruise made it simple and easy for this to happen, lots of communication and they did all the hard work for us.    A huge thank you to Nirmala and the group at OurCruise. My recent trip to Europe involved Air, Land and Sea travel. It was complicated even more when dramas unfolded in Brussels, my arrival City. Nirmala was on to it immediately to make alternate arrival arrangements and train tickets to my final destination. To travel alone can often be a daunting prospect, but I knew , should anything untoward happen, my Agent was just a text away and things would be put right.
