Everything arrived really well packaged, zero blemishes. Instructions were clear and I was able to assemble the rig without any issues. Contrary to my initial doubts, the integrated monitor mount is really solid, and the monitors barely vibrate even when using a large sequential shifter. Her ring draws inspiration from her engagement ring (the same one her great grandmother was given) and mine is hand engraved with mountains from my home town. Both pieces are exceptional and valued far more than Louis charged. He is a gentleman who cares for every part of the ring making process and has been doing this his entire life. We were privileged enough to be able to be involved in the ring making process, melting the gold ourselves and designing our rings. Wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else for any jewellery having found Louis.”
