First experience with cold plunge! - was given words of advice from a friendly staff member. Grateful to have been given a free trial. Sauna is great because you can choose how hot it goes.
I think cold exposure has become a real trend in the last years but it’s much more than a trend. It’s the best way to find to yourself and reset your mind. So that place is awesome for people who love to do cold and heat exposure. The owner is friendly an gives you a really good introduction about the could plunge if you’re new in the game. The price for memberships are also reasonable. All in all it’s well worth a visit.
I had a fantastic and invigorating experience at this cold plunge pool. I was greeted with a smile which created a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere. I appreciated the requirement to shower before entering the pool, as it speaks to the cleanliness and care of the facilities. The in-depth explanation of the process, coupled with the coaching and breathing exercises, was invaluable. I felt guided and supported throughout, yet also empowered to explore the experience on my own terms, knowing help was readily available. The community of fellow plungers is friendly and respectful, creating a positive and non-intrusive environment. If you're curious about cold plunging, this is the perfect place to give it a try in a safe and supportive setting
This cold plunge and sauna place is awesome. I had never done a real cold plunge till I came to The Cold Plunge co in Auckland. Prior to coming here I was not able to do really cold baths. Here the new owner Njord was such a kind and cool guy he made me feel really comfortable with getting into it. I had bought the intro pack which was an amazing deal at $75 for 2 week unlimited use:.: insanely good value. During my time I got to meet some really like minded people of all ages and connected with them too in the 95deg wood fired sauna.. they know how to get it hot! If you want to get the job done with your cold plunges and saunas with your contrast therapy at great value then go here! I don’t give 5 stars usually for personal reasons but man, I gave them 5 stars. Keep up the good work! Love it!
