“I started my martial arts journey at ground control and now I can grapple in live situations with CONFIDENCE. Ground control offers a great friendly environment with people of all ages and skill. I'm always nervous to go to training- as I'm a small fellow. But once I arrive the community is so friendly I leave forgetting that I was even worried in the first place, taking home essential skills with me. “I started classes at reconnection training last summer and they have been absolutely amazing for so many reasons. I consider myself as reasonably fit with an active physical job, Gabrielle always pushes me to reach new strengths and boundaries whilst looking out meticulously at form and movement. The classes are always very varied and different and have strong movement focus which has increased my flexibility and strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. I always come away feeling muscle soreness (in a good way) I love that the sessions are outdoors on the beach when the weather omits and it's such a great start to the day with swims in the sea afterwards (totally optional lol) We always have a great laugh when working out and there's always people of varying abilities which are all accommodated for. I couldn't recommend these classes enough!”

“Our family loves Red Kite Preschool, we make the daily effort to travel 30minutes in traffic each day because the staff are so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We love that they have male teachers as role models, and that some of the teachers speak Mandarin & Cantonese to our children who are of Chinese decent. “I had a great experience with SOLE academy. I entered with very little musical experience, some tightness when trying to sing, and no way in hell I’d sing in front of anyone. My vocal coach (Ananda) was very encouraging and built up my confidence. She also had a knack for picking the right thing for me to work on and made it easy for me to understand and improve. After a short stint of lessons I have already gained a lot and singing around the home (which I never used to). The communication and experience from the whole SOLE team was very good and I couldn’t recommend any higher!”

“I wasn't overly keen on the little one going to day care, those exhausting years ago. But then the little one started and I was needed to do drop off and pick up increasingly for a while. The staff have some sorta knack with kids. My treasure of a child helps them, even informs them of the time and how to go about the required tasks. They have almost become her second home. She has blossomed so much and learning so much about being a good person, sharing toys beds mat time what ever. Learning about compassion for her class mates. This centre has been the best choice for out little treasure mostly due to the staff their patience under standing and willingness to push for that next step in development. I don't know who will be saddest about the eventual moving on to school the staff the little one or the wife and I.”

“Coachella played at my 60th birthday this weekend, they were fabulous! Kept the guests on the dance floor all night long, playing all the favorites. They also learnt a song written by my father so we could dance to this, and they did it so well, some guests were moved to tears, it was so beautiful. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!!!!”
