“Most often in this day and age it is hard to find A++ customer service, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Caitlyn at The Base, she went the absolute extra mile to help me out, succesfully, confidently and cheerfully!!! Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people. But Caitlyn, is the one who pulled it together to make it happen! She's 1 in a million. THANK YOU CAITLYN. P.S I LOVE the Novo footwear, Novo is second to none for price, style and originality!! “We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met. “Good day. Again I would love to give feedback on my experience at Tauranga Emergency Department on Monday, 3rd March 2025. I hurt my right knee with fall a while ago and doing exercises I must have aggravated the knee. The pain became so unbearable that my husband decided to take me to ED. From the lovely, calm young ladies at the reception, to all those who played their roll checking my knee with an x-ray to the lovely Jackie physiotherapist, to the staff in the corridors - so, so friendly. What a beautiful experience at Midland MRI Anglesea, the reception staff and operational staff were so caring, understanding and very helpful. The professionalism was outstanding and they were so thoughtful and wanted the very best outcome for me, it showed in bucket loads today.
