I visited here to get my Booster Covid vaccine. I was greeted by a friendly and professional assistant and did not have to wait long for my vaccine. The medical worker was super friendly and I hardly felt any discomfort. So thank you Beth Ph

We used to love using this pharmacy but lately it has been a nightmare to deal with. My dear wife who is struggling with malnutrition due to her cancer treatment was told that they couldn't get the supplements that she need to survive and basically told her in a rude manner tough luck. We contacted another pharmacy and they said that they were having difficulties but would ring around. Thanks to John's pharmacy that understood the importance and found what we needed. --- As a follow up to this very poor review, we received a very sincere apology from the pharmacist involved. It was very much appreciated and no further action would have been necessary. The staff member chose to follow up with a further apology in person and delivered the remaining outstanding prescriptions together with a gift. Thank you for choosing to go the extra mile and showing in a tangible way that you recognised that not only you but other staff members involved had dropped the ball in regards to the customer service we had experienced during this difficult time in our lives.
