“Great club with chill vibes! The instructors have a high level of expertise and are easygoing and generous with their knowledge. You'll find fencers of all ages and skill levels, everyone kind and enthusiastic. Sessions always start at 7pm so plenty of time to arrive after your daytime commitments. Why do cross-fit when you can have sword fights instead!?”

Each time after treatment (combined acupuncture and massage), my migraine (or other pain) is either gone or significantly reduced. I don’t need to use painkillers anymore. He is amazing, highly skilled. The clinic is well maintained and clean.”

There are multiple situations you are in with clear winning conditions for both, and then he'll break down some good things or help troubleshoot after the different periods. Plus there were times where he'd field questions and give tips on just how to get better. All in all the community was welcoming, incredibly nice, yet monsters on the mat. Great gym, remember to bring your A game when you come here.”
