   Bowen is an incredible healing practice. Alice is a trustworthy and experienced practitioner that allows you to feel safe and gives the guided manipulation to self heal. It works. I feel I’ve finally found a healing practice that works for me. It has helped my body heal from recent injuries to past injuries, I can tap into a self awareness and other wonderful enlightenment discoveries. After a session I always come away feeling more connected. These are my experiences. I highly recommend Alice and Bowen Therapy.

   Close to 20 years I have bounced around osteopaths, massage therapists to relieve my pain. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have had a knot at base of head for close to 2 years that no one could get rid of. 5 visits with Alice and I have a new body, less pain, no knot and my massage therapist couldn’t believe it was my body this week when I saw her. Usually cupping etc comes out but no not this time, first time in 5 years with her I just relaxed and had a full massage with no xtra work needed. Alice is magic, highly recommend. Ps my massage therapist was soooo impressed she’s booking in too!

Alice introduced me to Bowen Therapy & from the first treatment I noticed huge changes (amazing changes) with how much more movement I could do & with so little pain!
