Unfortunately my cat ingested a long piece of string and I called the practice for advice. Eden could easily have said she was too busy given I’m not a patient at the practice. Instead she listened, asked questions and immediately spoke to the vet and then gave me easy to follow advice on what to do next. When I went to the clinic, Eden talked me through the signs and symptoms that could indicate an obstruction and had prepared emergency after hours instructions on how and where to get help. Eden also made several follow up calls over the coming days just to check my cat was ok. I just can’t express how grateful I am for the care and support we received.
