Not too sure what to say Except our girl was in severe pain and died less than 24hrs later She shouldn’t had to have suffered

John and Heather are fantastic no nonsense and John doesn't go overboard with treatments and cost,other vets seem to want to complicate things
I foster puppies for rescues, and Heather and John and their vet nurse have always been exceptionally friendly, caring and professional, with all of my dealings with them. Some of the pups have been badly abused and are timid and fearful of ppl, and while John may not say alot, he certainly has heart with them. John doesn't fawn all over them like many other Vets do, but he definately has a way with them without the need for words, that makes them feel safe very quickly. It's actually very impressive and humbling to watch. Heather and their amazing vet nurse are always happy to help with the pups both to and from the car, they're well presented, informative and just downright lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather, John and the team to anyone wanting high quality vet and animal care for their furkids.
By the sounds of all other feedback I got him on a bad day.. picked up my kitten ( who is a male) and told me he was a female despite the same vet neutered him less than a week proir.. communication with what was going on was pretty shocking, thankfully the vet nurse answered not of my questions. Hopefully everyone else has a better consultation than I Did, but I'm afraid I won't be back.
