I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The information and advice was clear and easy to understand. Obviously the bill is never pleasant but the animals are well looked after by caring staff which makes it all worth while. Plus the follow up phone call to check they are doing well is great

I turned up without any appointment to check whether Onyx Huxley needed any updated checkup stuff, and they fitted us in there and then with a health check and jab. They also allow the gold card. Well done. It was a stress free and enjoyable visit, even Onyx didn't mind it either.

What a heartbreaking day to say goodbye to our boy after nearly 13 years. Thank you for being so caring and understanding and giving us time to grieve over him, it's never easy letting go of a fur baby.
