   Heartfelt Care During a Difficult Time Recently, We faced one of the most challenging moments with our beloved dogs as they both fell ill within weeks of each other. I took them to my vet (chb vets) and while the outcome was heartbreaking as one of our boys had to be laid to rest (he was 16) he had an amazing life. I felt compelled to share the incredible care and support we received during this difficult time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They offered warm words of comfort and treated both of my dogs with gentleness and respect, making me feel supported through the distressing experience. The veterinarians conducted thorough examinations and provided clear explanations about their conditions. They took the time to address my concerns and ensure I understood the next steps in the treatment process. Their professionalism and expertise gave me reassurance during a worrying time. While our hearts are heavy from the loss of our boy. I am grateful for the exceptional care our pets received at the clinic. The veterinarians and staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and cared for throughout our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable care for their furry family members. They truly stand out in times of need, and I am thankful for their support during such a difficult chapter in our life. Thanks to Karen and her amazing staff x

   The care given by the team can not be beaten. However their financial services or lack leave much to be desired. I had an account that was late & referred to debt collection, I was not aware the account existed but paid immediately to the business. I then received another demand from the debt collector which I paid directly & then contacted the business to investigate. They agreed that I had settled the account twice, after I had requested a number of times for the situation to be looked into. They refused to refund me the overpayment, insisting that I use it as a credit towards future services. They also refused to acknowledge any fault on their behalf.
