Could not recommend VetsOne enough! I was fostering some SPCA kittens a few years ago and brought them into the clinic for a check-up and was blown away with the great service at VetsOne. So impressed that I switched vets and now bring my own pets here! All of the staff are nothing short of amazing and are so caring and compassionate towards our cats. I value their honesty and professional advice and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. Thanks guys!

Vets one are amazing! They see my mini zoo of pets and Cole always goes the extra mile to help out any pet. After a bad experience at a vet in Napier this clinic was a breath of fresh air. No more anxiety prior to vet appointments as I know they’re honest about what they know and what they don’t know and aren’t just after your money, they genuinely care about your pets.

I cannot thank this vet clinic enough for saving the lives of the two dogs, Bella and Wyatt. From the moment we arrived, the care and professionalism were outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond for us during one of the scariest times we’ve ever faced. A very special mention has to go to Donna and Dr png Yin, who were absolutely incredible. They kept us informed every step of the way, giving us clear updates and explanations so we always knew what was happening. Their kindness and upbeat energy made such a difference when we were stressed and worried about the dogs. They managed to balance being both professional and compassionate, which really reassured us and made us feel that Bella and Wyatt were in the very best hands. It’s not often you meet someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely cares about the animals and the families behind them. Donna showed so much warmth, positivity, and dedication it made an overwhelming situation feel a little lighter. Thanks to the amazing team, the beautiful Bella and Wyatt are still with us today. We are forever grateful for the skill, compassion, and support we received. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone your pets could not be in better hands. We recently changed veterinary clinics due to location and registered with VetsOne. At our first appointment, I informed the vet that we were there for a general check-up and our dog’s annual vaccinations and medications. At our previous clinic, this always included the kennel cough vaccination along with others such as parvovirus, if required. The vet advised that one vaccine would need to be given a month later due to timing, which was reasonable. I returned the following month, my dog received the vaccine, and we left. Shortly after, I realised my dog had not received his kennel cough vaccination at either appointmentβ€”something that had always been part of his annual check-up. When I called VetsOne, they initially told me he was not due until 2026. This was incorrect, and after verifying the records, they called back to offer a discounted appointment for $70, stating that I had not specifically requested the kennel cough vaccine. This was disappointing, as it had always been a standard part of our annual check-up at our previous vet. Overall, I was dissatisfied with both the customer service and the follow-up from VetsOne. These appointments were already costly, and the experience left me with the impression of a revenue-driven approach rather than a patient-focused one. We have since changed clinics, and this has been an eye-opening contrast between a large franchise and a smaller, more personalised veterinary practice.

We have Cyclone Gabrielle displaced kittens in our care & have been able to obtain a donated crate & kitty litter from them. In addition they also enabled us to have a weekend away & kindly housed both (displaced) kittens. Thank you Vets One & thank you to all the very kind & generous people & businesses who donated food, litter, crates, cages, blankets, toys etc- you are AMAZING.

A really gentle supportive young vet looked after us,kindly giving some bad news without putting pressure on me. The facilities are modern and immaculately clean with a separate cat waiting room. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.

Extremely impressed with this service. The whole staff team are lovely, very skilled with animals, and clearly enjoy their work. The vet was amazing! Totally in tune with my animals, gentle, and very skilled. Both my dogs had a really good, stress-free, happy experience. I had a really good experience as a pet owner too.

Had a good first experience with Vets One. The staff were awesome and efficient. I could see my cat was quite relaxed with the staff especially since she was sore and in a new environment. Thanks for looking after my girl.
