“Good little clean gym. Steadily used all day with a warm friendly atmosphere including all abilities. Indoor and private outdoor training areas. Bookable sauna. A disabled toilet and shower area, toilet & shower with a third single toilet on its own. Even the staff are great. I've been a regular user for a few months undergoing rehabilitation, from being a wheelchair user and now to crutches. There hasn't been any problems with everything being on one level.”
