   I can't recommend John and the team at Pot Black more. They worked with us to find the best table we could afford for our boarding house. With the amount that of use it gets we needed something durable and long lasting. We could not be happier with the service and communication throughout the process. We were more than looked after and would return for anything pool related. If your in the market for a table or accessory, look no further. Highly recommend Pot Black.    I used Pot Black for both a table relocation and to supply a new board-top table for our house. I was donating our old slate-bed table to a youth charity and I selected Pot Black to pick it up and deliver it after getting quotes from two other pool table movers. Not only were Pot Black substantially cheaper at full removal price, we were offered a discount for the labour involved because the table was being donated. Pot Black were extremely busy at the time and had staff absentees, so we had to wait for the relocation and for the new replacement table. We were rewarded for our patience though, as Pot Black's service was exemplary when the time came. Their relocation team were friendly, careful and thorough in their work. When the new table was ready, the owner delivered it himself and spent a couple of hours so it was set up as well as possible; precision levels were used to level the top to tournament standards, even though it was only a board-top table. Needless to say, the table itself has proven to be exceptional to play on and has clearly been constructed with care and love. It has exceeded my expectations in all facets. I am an architect and I have seen a lot of cabinetry and as an item of joinery, the table measures up very well. If you have the patience and insight to understand that quality takes time and is worth waiting for, I thoroughly recommend Pot Black.

   Absolutely worst service ever, 2 months to get an order ready. Try Barton McGill instead, they are real pros, don't waste your time with Pot black, they aren't worth the hastle

Top experiences were: - owner emailing me back immediately and understanding what I wanted. -owner agreeing to meet me after hours to view options to suit my work commitments - friendly, funny owner who is level expert when it comes to anything pool table related -selling us vintage accessories he had at rock bottom price - delivery within 2 days. -expert set up - took an hour but not a mm out of place. -offer of ongoing advice and support 10/10 recommend. Best small business I've dealt with in ages. Excellent customer service.
