   Got told can bring spa pump in for quote they will ring with prise of repair and can got from there ,pump seized in repairable. Go to pick up To be charged $97,50 for an hours work. Couldn’t even open pump and not once had there been talk of charges to just look at it. Feel ripped off no way it took a technician an hour to say it’s seized. ** they have now advised I was over paid and refunded me half my money. Very much appreciated. Have revised my review accordingly.

   I have an older spa and needed a replacement temp sensor cable, after being told they were obsolete by other pool shops i tried the swimming pool shop in flagstaff. Cheryl had no problems locating the part required, had it for me in a couple of days and the spa is back in action. Excellent comunication, i will definitely be using for all my spa pool needs in the future.

   These people are great and very helpful. Got a Spa from another supplier who sold me the simple silver water treatment system. I had nothing but trouble trying to balance my water and the advice i got was well nothing actually. I approached the swimming pool shop and within minutes i was given some great advice. I have sinced ditched the simple silver and now use the Bio Guard products. Spa looks great at last. Thanks guys for all your help. I would reommend this business to anyone They are great

   recently i ask them to check my pool and without doing any treatment they charge me and keep bother me for the payments even not doing any services. i never recommend this place. reply for the comment : if i am buying anything in the store it has the price tag and i don't want to pay for the visiting store.. what happen for me at that time , i asked multiple times about the payment and that day some how that lady start with long talk and that cost me unnecessary payment. please let your client know the payment process before you visit any other place
