Went to hunting and fishing to buy my dad a Christmas present had lovely help from will would definitely go back to him for help next time. Very lovely to deal with and easy to talk to.
Excellent service, I went in to buy some more tramping boots, and I got great advice and help.
Their prices are great, and there are many nice items. Some items are more expensive than in other stores, but I recommend them.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had and it made me very quickly decide not to buy what I went in there to buy, the two lady’s at the counter were unwelcoming, I asked if they could show me the clothing that was in the packs and also if I could open a pack, one lady laughed under her breath at me, the other said “there are signs that say you can’t” and I didn’t see them as they were well above eye level. And then she was very snappy and moody with me about having to show me the clothes and scoffed that I didn’t just look for them by myself, when it was her job to help customers. The coldest customer service I’ve had in a very very long time. To add to this it was VERY quiet in the store and they were not busy, but she expressed that she was very annoyed that I asked her for help. Will never be buying from here again
I received amazing service from a man who obviously cares about his customers. He took the time to help me understand the product the best matched my needs
I enjoy shopping here!! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don't try to put too much pressure on you for sales. By doing that, more often than not, I buy some thing not absolutely necessary, but do it because of the friendly/ on to it staff.
Big thank you to Jordan from the Hamilton store for going above and beyond to make sure we got our order on time as it was a gift. Received it this morning! Fantastic service. Thanks again.
