   We’ve had our JumpFlex trampoline for over three years now, and it’s still in like-new condition — absolutely amazing quality. It’s handled some huge windstorms without any issues, and it still feels incredibly safe and solid. Our kids use it every single day, and it’s easily one of the best purchases we’ve made for our family. JumpFlex builds trampolines that truly last, and the peace of mind knowing the kids are safe while having fun is priceless. We’re over the moon with ours and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

   Unfortunately, we were the family of four from Auckland who suddenly turned up after your office was closed yesterday. We would have made it on time if we had predicted the Auckland and Waikato traffic correctly and for this I want to apologise. We got to Jumpflex and I told my partner it won’t hurt to try, see maybe it was just the main office that was closed, that way we know that at least we tried and it wasn’t a wasted trip. My husband met who we believe to be the CEO and he allowed us to pay and take the trampoline with us. For this, we are not only grateful for the favour you gave us, but allowing us to take it home with us that evening even though you were probably getting ready to go home. You’ve shown us what an awesome person you are and that there are still people out there who go out of their way for others. There are so many good people out there and we were fortunate to have experienced it firsthand. I’m a firm believer in karma, so may the goodwill we received, return to you and Jumpflex 10 fold! Also about the trampoline, we got home and my husband was able to put it up himself within two hours. He kept commenting on how stable and solid it felt.    5/5 I brought a Jumpflex for my son's 2nd birthday, 2022 Now that I've had it for a year, I thought that was an appropriate time frame for a suitable review. When I ordered online, I was given a 3 week turnaround for delivery. It was easy to order the right size as it gave you all the guidance on the website. It also gave the option for afterpay, which was fantastic as it was an expensive purchase for a solo mum. 3 weeks turned into 2 days, and I was a bit shocked. From the moment the courier picked it up, I had ongoing text updates on where my package was. Collected, on the truck, on its way, I also got a call to find out where best to leave it, if it could be left without me being there, etc. It was left under my carport, out of sight and dry. The price was really fair considering the weight and size of the packages as well. The price of the trampoline was also good because it comes with such a great warranty. For Christmas, I brought the slide, shade, and sprinkler. Again, fair price, fast delivery, easy installation with all appropriate manuals, parts, and tools. For the assembly of the trampoline, I would recommend 3 people, then maybe an extra when it comes to the outer safety net, as it's easier to push in the posts. Understandably, after a year in the sun, the logo is a bit faded, but I have no other issues with anything else. My son loves his trampoline, being Autistic it's a great outlet for him. Highly recommended Jumpflex.

   I would have to say that this company provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Sent them a query late in the evening expecting them to get back to me the next day but ended up sorting out my order then and there with extremely well priced replacement parts for our well used tramp. keep up what your doing as it cant be any better.

   Wow! I can't believe how easy it has been dealing with Jumpflex, our trampoline came quickly and the kids have loved it. When we had a few spots of rust Jumpflex sprang into action and more than honored their warranties. I have never seen customer service like it. I can highly recommend Jumpflex trampolines to anyone!

   This was an excellent purchase. We bought the trampoline in 2016 and it has been extremely durable and still looks fairly new. Well it did until recently when it took a good tumble across our yard in the extreme winds. I was ecstatic to find I could just buy replacement parts as needed. The service was excellent, very responsive and I had the spare parts in a matter of days. Absolutely brilliant company and I highly recommend them and their products.
