   I'd give this place a 5 if the prices were the the same or comparable to ASGC. I've started shopping here because their service makes it worth the extra money for the most part. If you need tech services or want to deal with people that don't forget you exist, this is your go to.

   I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in airsoft. Their techs are passionate about the guns, and after checking mine they quickly provided a clear upgrade plan and quote. I made a special trip from Auckland on Wednesday, and it was absolutely worth it. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it’s really far from Auckland. I suggest contacting them in advance and being clear about what you want before you go.

   As a repeat customer who has bought multiple airsoft guns here, I drove nearly two hours to get help with a mechanical issue. I bought this pistol here a couple of weeks ago. Instead of assistance, I was coldly told there's a $45 inspection fee. The employee glanced at my gun for less than 2 minutes, offered no real solution, and the owner immediately focused on charging me. I thought it's 45, but then he added gst on top of that without letting us know beforehand. I just feel like it is too money focused. I’ve always paid higher prices here compare to ASGC Auckland because of the service, but this experience was disappointing and disrespectful. Won’t be back.
