   Very positive experience. He applies a wide range of therapies, unlike most therapists who just concentrate on exercises and massage. His analysis was thorough, and he was able to pinpoint what was causing my knee pain and it has improved. His (admittedly painful) maneuvering also cured me of a foot pain that had troubled me for a year and hadn’t improved even after visiting a podiatrist and another physiotherapist. Now he is my go-to physiotherapist whenever I have a physical injury or pain, although it takes a much longer drive to reach him than others.

   This is my second time with Chris, after I jarred my knee and was walking with a limp. He is a skilled physiotherapist who identified the problem, explained what it was in clear English and in three sessions, relieved all discomfort. He is cheerful and professional at all times and the chocolates in the waiting room are an added bonus.

   Chris, I can’t thank you and your team for your outstanding service in dealing with my complex work related injury. You have treated and guided me during your treatment to date of my dislocated right arm injury as well as the associated nerve damage to my right hand.    I would like to respond to the comment made by Wendy Campbell. I find her comments are not accurate at all. I have been a patient of Chris for 18 years and never have I find him to have disregard for my concerns or wishes ever. In contrary he is very caring in his approach and an excellent listener. Prior to seeing Chris I saw other physiotherapist in Cambridge and decided never to see a physio again because none of them gave me a diagnosis and just gave me exercises to do.I was convinced by a friend of mine who had been a patient of Chris to go and see him. Not only was his treatment very effective but he was the only one who properly diagnosed my problem to the point that I was referred to a orthopaedic surgeon to correct my problem. Chris has restored my faith in Physiotherapy again. He always explained his treatments and I had manipulations from him before and never has he been aggressive in that. I know that Chris is very careful in ensuring that he has the correct diagnosis before even attempting a manipulation.

2. Wendy Campbell ★☆☆☆☆

   In general a very nice man but, in my case, I did not have a positive experience. I believe he is quite good at what he does, but he has a certain disregard for the patients concerns or wishes. Very uncomfortable with him suddenly performing violent chiropractic maneuvers with no warning, explanation or previous discussion of this treatment. Have never, and will never, be back.

   Chris La Pine is an absolute saint. He's helped diagnose my injury, helped with ACC forms, x-rays and specialist referral. He has been with me every step of the way with my two surgeries and it's because of his continued treatment and support that I've recovered so fast. He always answers my questions and has great treatment plans for any issues that I encounter, I seem to always injury myself, and Chris is nothing but supportive and always on the ball. While treatments are under way it's always respectful and a great place to relax. The receptionist is always kind and makes sure that I'm comfortable. His ability to assess and treat is amazing. I've been to a couple places in Cambridge and he is the best. I would and have recommended him every time.
