We had an absolute pleasure of dealing with Brendan in the owners absence and it was honestly the best service we have ever received. It was an urgent situation where our break pads were essentially non existent and we were working on a project nearby. Brendan got our vehicle in early afternoon (immediately upon taking my call), ordered all the parts etc, changed them over and had the vehicle ready for our guys to drive back safely to Tauranga that evening. He was also incredibly kind with amazing customer service and the pricing was incredibly competitive! We'd been quoted almost double by a local company. It is such a shame we are not based closer to the business as we would move our entire fleet over to being serviced by Combined Auto. Thanks so much team you guys are amazing!”

I'm someone who doesn't mind paying premium price for premium service. My experience with Jordan was direct straight to the point and very clear with what my cars needed. I paid for quality service and I got quality service, I appreciate the fact that he showed me the oil leak, and taught me about maintenance for my hybrid, 2011 Toyota Prius.
