I have a small system that includes an electric pump to water my garden from a seperate water tank. The system worked great for many years then started tripping the circuit breaker. I called in best electrical to rectify the problem. The technician arrived, spent approximately 10 minutes inspecting the system and then advised the pump was faulty and I would have to purchase a new one. I proceeded to purchase a new pump, get it installed by a plumber (all of which cost me approx $500) who then switched it on only to find it was tripping the circuit breaker still. I then tried bypassing a small length of cable between the house supply and the new pump. Since then the system has continued to work perfectly. The plumber has also confirmed the old pump which he took out also works perfectly. This whole exercise should have cost me $200 but due to incorrect advice from best electrical it has cost approx $700. My strong advice do not use this company not only have they cost me $500 but do not have the courtesy to answer my emails
