   Our initial inquiry conversation was clear and informative, with a clear outline of what results we could expect and the total cost. They will try keep the costs down for customers as best they can. The phone call was easy, my email must have got lost on the way though, so just calling is easiest. Very genuine service from the first call to having the job done. James was also very clear and informative. We've yet to have a heavy downpour to assess the results but I'm confident the job done will help our soak hole perform much better. Thanks

   I called the team at Streamline on Friday to jet out our blocked drainage line. The guy who answered the phone was pleasant and had organized for one of his team members to come out within the hour. Communication and professionalism were excellent. The guy who turned up on site further showed his professionalism and cleared and cleaned up the drainage line after he finished. All around, it's a 10/10, and I highly recommend streamline. Excellent Job!

   Was originally really impressed with response time and service provided and was ready to give them a 5 star review. However, when the invoice arrived, they had added an exorbitant amount in lieu of travel at their regular hourly rate of $174. When I contacted the office noting that we were not prepared to pay such an unreasonable fee, the office sent me a rather snarky email however agreed to a reduced fee. I made payment to their account as agreed and advised them of such. Their office then demanded later that day via sarcastic email that I again confirm that payment has been made, which I did (and know happened since the money got taken out of our bank account). However, before 9 am the following morning I AGAIN got another sarcastic email from their office demanding to know that payment has been made as it has not shown up in their account yet - note this was 12 DAYS before payment was due as per the invoice. Seriously unprofessional behaviour and the blatant harrassment of clients are totally out of line. Ditto for the dodgy billing practices - unsurprisingly enough they are the only provider I have ever encountered that have a paragraph on their invoices speaking to disputes around invoicing...which would suggest my experience is not an isolated one.

   Streamline Environmental and Drainage are a thoroughly reliable, and trustworthy company. Very Conscientious. I have a problem sewer line at my Pukete home in which tree roots penetrate and block my ceramic pipeline, so every few years I have to get the line jetted. Streamline Environmental and Drainage have always done a very thorough job including video of the problem, and of the results after they have cleared the line. You can see for yourself the quality of service. Top Equipment, efficient, friendly, and ethical. These Guys are the Pros. When I got blockages... they are the people I call.

   I am so glad we used Streamline and would always be my first choice in the future. My first point of contact was Mike on the phone. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew where the staff were and what jobs they were doing, this allowed him to give me a good idea of when they could attend my job. We had Dave and Johnathan attend our job. They were fantastic! They called when they were on the way. When they arrived they were knowledgeable and friendly. They knew what needed to be done and explained clearly our options. They talked us through what they were doing. They had all the equipment they needed and more. They were fast and efficient! Thank you all for great service and a job well done.
