“I was skeptical at first when purchasing from this website as there are many bad reviews and the site does have limited contact info. I ordered a product I wanted to change so attempted calling the 0800 number which was surprisingly answered by a good old kiwi bloke! I asked if my product could be changed which he happily agreed to and got this sent out the next morning and arrived to me within the week. I didnt get a proper invoice but honestly I think this guys just trying to get by and may not be super tech savvy!! Give him a break! Maybe some peoples ordered items dont arrive but I had a very good experience with this company and would shop there again.Thanks USA foods! =)”
