   I would like to give ZERO RATE if it has here! !! I really want to say to Mr Kim: customers spend at your shop and they are at least deserved your kind manner, we hate the rude attitude, we love Korea and Korean food, but you are bringing shames to your country!

   Ok the store itself has pretty decent stock and things you need/want. The owners are a mix bag. The lady there was super nice and said to me to have a nice day where as the guy there spoke to me much more harshly and looks like he was ready to throw hands with me. So if you manage to avoid the guy there, then it’s a overall pleasant experience.

   I can't believe it, the owner of the Korean grocery store actually insulted customers. I often visit Korea and have Korean classmates and friends, and I have never encountered such rudeness from Koreans. I want to say to this elderly couple, aren't you ashamed of behaving like this at your age? Don't you feel like you're bringing shame to Koreans?

   Extremely Disappointed Experience at a Korean Grocery Store: Poor Service and Verbal Abuse by the Owner I am extremely disappointed and outraged by my recent experience at a Korean grocery store. Firstly, the owner displayed a cold and unfriendly attitude. When I entered and greeted them, they completely ignored me, leaving me with a sense of disrespect and disregard. What shocked me even more was when I was selecting items to purchase, the owner verbally abused me in Korean! Perhaps they assumed I couldn't understand Korean and felt it was acceptable to insult me. It is unbelievable that they would treat me in such a rude and disrespectful manner, showing no concern for the fact that I was a paying customer. I have never encountered such impolite treatment in any other store, and this attitude is a complete disregard for customer rights. I believe I have no reason to tolerate such abhorrent treatment, and I have decided to inform other potential customers about my experience, so they can make an informed decision when choosing where to shop. I firmly believe that any business should respect and care for their customers. If they are unable to provide basic courtesy and respect, they should not expect our support and trust. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to avoid visiting this Korean grocery store to prevent experiencing a similarly unpleasant ordeal.

   When we entered the store the male owner was greeting the other customer (korean) nicely, but not us. He was staring at us in a rude and unwelcoming manner and got annoyed at my two year old who said ‘hi’ to him. So if you’re not a korean, don’t bother coming here.
