I placed two different orders the first was a nice pastel bedside arrangement and in the second order I made a mistake in the address when I didn't notice google autocompleted the street name. The staff were able to fix it up very quickly, with no fuss and a lovely " can do" attitude. Much appreciated thank you.
This is the second time that I have ordered flowers (for delivery) by Florist Ilene. The service has been exceptional on both occasions. I have no affiliation with them at all, other than two flower orders, but their service was worth this lengthy review. I had spoken to them prior to ordering online both times - as a male I had left everything till the last moment. They were able to help me make a selection so that it could go out quickly. Ordering online was simple. I selected the free "photo of flowers" option and I receive a picture from them (see attached with florist lady) before the flowers were sent out. My timing today was great - from when i rang at 10amish, till delivery was less than 2.5 hours :) I absolutely recommend Florist Ilene :)
Gorgeous living bouquets that bloom over time. This photo was taken over 2 and a half weeks after I received this gift. The pink flowers on the right were tiny buds. Hardly needs any care and is so delightful to look at. Thanks. JM
We are coming up to our 1 year wedding anniversary on December 9th, and I am looking back at photos from our special day. Iād like to say a huge thank you to Florist Ilene for our beautiful bridesmaids and bridal bouquets. The flowers were gorgeous and wonderfully put together. Marie went out of her way to help me and very friendly over the phone when I called to place an order ! She even called the hospital to find out the Ward where the patient is ! Last but not least, she also send a photo of the bouquet ! Very beautiful and am a box of fluffy ducks ! Thank you !

These guys are amazing! I'm based in Brisbane and ordered flowers and a gift for my mums birthday and they delivered the same day to her in Hamilton! The flowers and gift were beautiful, they sent a photo of it to me before it went out and it was so easy to order and pay online. So grateful for that because I ordered late evening here and we are already 3 hours behind! So they processed my order first thing in the morning and it was able to get out before Easter. I will definitely be using them again!
