The woman at the front desk was lovely and explained clearly what work might be needed down the line. Having someone vibrant and welcoming handling the front-of-house makes a huge difference to the overall experience—and in my experience, that kind of service isn’t common. “Exceptional Workmanship. I have a 22 year old project BMW E46 which had a few dodgy paint repairs in the past which led to some unsightly paint bubbling. This is the first time I've had a car which I have had bodywork done on and I kind of expected that it would be obvious that it had been worked on. The end result was impeccable, you would not know that there had been a repair done and the paint was just the same as factory to the eye. Extremely reasonable price for the time taken and the result.”
